For returns, please fill out the contact form on this website with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions on shipping your shoes covers back. A 100% refund will be issued for unused products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For size exchanges, please fill out the contact form on this website with your order number and new size preference. We will send you instructions on shipping your gloves back. 

Due to the global covid situation, Post Malaysia is temporarily suspending outbound international mail, parcel and Express Mail Service (EMS) services to all international destinations beginning 3 August 2020 until further notice.

The only current option to ship from our warehouse in Malaysia is by DHL. The costs are $40 USD per package. For heavier packages, we will subsidise the cost and keep it a $40 flat rate.
